EasyRecruiterOn, the ideal platform for Recruiters and Job Seekers looking to connect. Here, recruiters can use our CRM for their hiring processes, move candidates through different stages, send emails to notify users, download user resumes, and even create job postings. Job seekers can apply for job openings, search for their ideal job on the platform, and receive notifications via email.
Everything on the website happens in an automated way — just register your account for free. You can choose to sign up as a collaborator or recruiter and enjoy this powerful and dynamic CRM.
Platform Structure and Features
The project is divided into 4 main pages, with specific pages and functionalities for each user type.
Login Page
- Simple and straightforward interface, with language switch support
- Integrated Google OAuth login
- If the user is already registered, they are automatically redirected to the appropriate dashboard (collaborator or recruiter)
- If not registered, they are redirected to the account creation process
Account Registration
The registration process is divided into 4 intuitive steps:
- Account Type: Choose between Recruiter or Collaborator
- General Information: Name, email, username, and specific data depending on account type
- Resume and Photo: Upload profile image and resume (PDF)
- Confirmation: Final review before account creation
Collaborator CRM
Includes 4 main pages:
- My Journey: Overview of applied jobs with weekly charts and application details
- Applied Jobs: List of jobs the user has applied to that are still active
- Job Search: Advanced job search with filters by field, work model (remote/on-site), and more
- Profile: Profile editing, including resume and image updates
Recruiter CRM
Includes 5 main pages:
- Recruiter Journey: Summary of created jobs, with candidate comparison chart per job
- Post a Job: Complete form for creating new job postings
- Active Job Openings: View of active jobs with candidate list, actions like stage progression, email sending, resume download, etc.
- Inactive Job Openings: Expired jobs with reactivation option and preserved history
- Profile: Recruiter personal information editing
Public Job Page
Each job post automatically generates a unique public page ready to be shared. Anyone can view job details and apply directly without logging in.

When will I be able to use this CRM?
EasyRecruiterOn is currently in beta, available for selected testers. Final adjustments are being made for deployment on a Google Cloud VPS, ensuring faster performance, stability, and security for all users.
With integrations using Firebase, Redis, and MongoDB, the platform offers a smart and automated flow — from registration to full management of job listings and applications.
Our goal is to deliver a modern, practical, and accessible experience — both for those seeking new opportunities and for recruiters aiming to streamline their processes.
